Availability - Are all the tickets listed available?A: If the tickets are displayed on the site, they should be available. Unlike many other sites that require brokers to update inventory manually, TicketTurbo.com employs a real-time inventory management system that removes tickets from the site the moment they are sold.
TURBOTIP ~ While rare, orders sometimes cannot be filled. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled, you will NOT be charged and you will receive an automated email with the subject "Feedback From Ticket Tracker" notifying you of the cancellation.
But rather than waiting for this email, we advise all buyers to contact the broker directly by calling the phone number on the Ticketturbo.com order confirmation That way, should it be that the tickets are unavailable, you will know right away rather than waiting around for nothing.

Cancelled Events - What if an event is cancelled?A: If an event is rescheduled, you will be able to use your tickets on the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, contact the selling broker and you will receive a refund.

Contact - How do I contact the selling broker?A: You can contact the seller by calling the phone number listed on the bottom of the TicketTurbo.com email confirmation (you should have received it shortly after placing the order and it will have the subject Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information).
If you cannot locate this email or need more help, feel free to call 877.224.2093 or email support@ticketturbo.com for further assistance.
TURBOTIP ~ Brokers are often busy and aren't always available to pick up their phones. If you placed an order and cannot get in contact with the seller, you can also check your order status by using MyTicketTracker (see "Order Status" below for details). If you've made numerous contact attempts and are still having trouble contacting the seller, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Fees - What is a service fee?A: This is a fee that most ticket websites charge for each order. This fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the ticket price and can be based on a number of factors including the costs of obtaining tickets, state and local taxes, etc. These fees generally come in one of the following 4 forms OR some combination:

Orders - Can I buy different tickets with a single order?A: Unfortunately not. The tickets shown on the website are listed by thousands of different sellers and will probably be shipped separately. As such, different tickets needs to be ordered separately to assure that the order is routed to the right place.
TURBOTIP ~ When you complete the checkout process, the seller's information will be provided on both the receipt page as well as the automated email confirmation. In the event that you placed 2 or more orders that are being shipped from the same seller, they generally only charge you once for the shipping.

Order Status - How do I track my order?A: To track your order and shipping status, please follow the steps below:

Scams - Avoiding ticket fraudA: While ticket fraud will always be a risk when buying tickets in the secondary ticket market, the best way to minimize that risk is to follow these 2 rules:
Although TicketTurbo.com happens to be a site that fits both rules above and this all makes for a great sales pitch, there are many other sites on the web that fit the same description. And if you find better tickets or better prices on one of those sites, we urge you to buy from them instead. But regardless what the case may be, we don't want to see anyone get scammed out of their money OR their time. So we strongly recommend you take these 2 rules into consideration whenever and wherever you buy tickets, period.

Seating - Will my seats be side-by-side?A: All seats are together unless noted otherwise. If you don't see any notes in the listing (e.g. piggyback, separates) that suggest otherwise, you can rest assured that all tickets in the listing are side-by-side.

Selling Tickets - Can I sell my tickets on TicketTurbo.com?A: Unfortunately not. As much as we would like to help you sell your tickets, we would also like to maximize security for our customers. While most people are honest, scammers tend to target ticket sites that allow individual listings. As such, we prohibit such listings to protect our customers.

Shipping - What shipping method should I choose?A: There are generally 5 shipping options to choose from. Note that if the tickets are being emailed, will-called, or picked up, you should select either standard shipping or near-term special delivery (see details below).
Also note that the seller's contact information will be displayed at the end of the checkout process. If you are in a rush to receive the tickets, it's helpful to call the number on the bottom of the receipt and email confirmation to get in contact with the broker. Doing so will help your order get processed sooner.
