Contacting Seller - How do I contact the selling broker?
Feedback From Ticket Tracker - Whats that?
A: These are generally emails sent to ticket buyers notifying them that their order cannot be filled. If you ever receive that email without being contacted by the selling broker, here's what you should do:
1) Contact the seller by calling the phone number listed on the bottom of the TicketTurbo.com email confirmation (you should have received it shortly after placing the order and it will have the subject Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information).
2) Ask the broker why the order cannot be filled and see if there are any alternatives. If the broker cannot find a way to fill the order, please print a copy of BOTH the "Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information" and the "Feedback From Ticket Tracker" emails for your records.
3) If you're still interested in tickets, please give us a call at 877.224.2093 and we'll try to find you alternatives.

Near Term Events - How do I get my tickets if it's too late to ship them?
A: If it's too late to ship the tickets, the tickets will be delivered via email, local pickup, will-call, or some other method that assures you receive the tickets in time for the event. When you begin the checkout process, you will see that the only delivery option is "near-term special delivery." Just select that method and call the number on your email confirmation and the selling broker will provide you with the delivery details.
TURBOTIP - There is a $15 charge for this delivery method due to the fact that most brokers will need to go through a considerable amount of trouble to get the tickets to you. But when you contact the broker, it doesn't hurt to ask them if they would be willing to waive this shipping charges. Although most won't, it's still worth a try.

Seat Numbers - Will my seats be together?
A: All seats are together unless noted otherwise. In other words, if there are no notes in a ticket listing suggesting that the seats are NOT together, you can rest assured that the seats in that listing are side-by-side.

Selling Tickets - Can I sell my tickets on TicketTurbo.com?
A: Unfortunately not. As much as we would like to help you sell your tickets, we would also like to maximize security for our users. While most people are honest, scammers tend to target ticket sites that allow fan listings. As such, we prohibit such listings to protect our users.

Tracking Orders - How do I track my order?
A: You can track your order by following the steps below:
1) Log onto MyTicketTracker
2) Enter the email address and the PIN number located on the automated Ticketturbo.com order confirmation. If you don't know your PIN or forgot which email you entered during checkout, please search your inbox and SPAM folder for an email with the subject "Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information."
