TicketTurbo: Help Center - Checkout
Checkout Questions: Please click on a question below to view the answer.
Availability - Are all tickets listed on the site available?
A: If the tickets are displayed on the site, they should be available. Unlike many other sites that require brokers to update inventory manually, TicketTurbo.com employs a real-time inventory management system that removes tickets from the site the moment they are sold.
TURBOTIP - While rare, orders sometimes cannot be filled. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled, you will NOT be charged and you will receive an automated email with the subject "Feedback From Ticket Tracker" notifying you of the cancellation.
But rather than waiting for this email, we advise all buyers to contact the broker directly by calling the phone number on the Ticketturbo.com order confirmation. That way, should it be that the tickets are unavailable, you will know right away rather than waiting around for nothing.

Cancelled Events - What happens if an event is cancelled?
A: If an event is rescheduled, you will be able to use your tickets on the rescheduled date. If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, contact the selling broker and you will receive a refund.

Multiple Orders - Can I buy more than 1 set of tickets with a single order?
A: Unfortunately not. The tickets shown on the website are listed by thousands of different sellers and will probably be shipped separately. As such, different tickets needs to be ordered separately to assure that the order is routed to the right place.
TURBOTIP - When you complete the checkout process, the seller's information will be provided on both the receipt page as well as the automated email confirmation. In the event that you placed 2 or more orders that are being shipped from the same seller, they generally only charge you once for the shipping.

Service Fee - What is a service fee?
A: This is a fee that most ticket websites charge for each order. This fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the ticket price and can be based on a number of factors including the costs of obtaining tickets, state and local taxes, etc.
TURBOTIP - TicketTurbo.com charges a 14% service fee at the beginning of the checkout process. While this is a standard practice in the ticket industry, be aware that some sites don't display their fee until the END of the checkout process. So if you're going to shop around and decide to buy tickets from a different site, it's very important to look out for changes in the total before you place the order.

Shipping Options - Which shipping options should I choose?
A: There are generally 5 shipping options to choose from. Note that if the tickets are being emailed, will-called, or picked up, you should select either standard shipping or near-term special delivery (see details below).
Also note that the seller's contact information will be displayed at the end of the checkout process. If you are in a rush to receive the tickets, it's helpful to call the number on the bottom of the receipt and email confirmation to get in contact with the broker. Doing so will help your order get processed sooner.
Near-term Special Delivery ($15): This option applies for orders placed too close to the event date to be shipped via mail. When you see this shipping method as your only option, the tickets will be delivered using one of the following services: email, will-call, local pickup, or courier. You will be given delivery details by the selling broker upon confirmation of your order.
Standard Delivery ($15): Tickets are either shipped using an expedited 2–3 day shipping service or delivered via some alternative shipping method if such a method is more convenient. Select this shipping option if either:
(A) You are in no rush to receive the tickets.
(B) The tickets are being emailed, will-called, or picked up.
Express Delivery ($25): Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1–2 day shipping service. Use this method if your event is within the next 72 hours to guarantee that your tickets will arrive in time for the event.
Saturday Delivery ($35): Tickets are shipped using an expedited 1–2 day shipping service. Use this method if you are ordering on Thursday night or Friday for a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday event. Please be aware that unless specified, tickets shipped for events on Mondays may not arrive until Tuesday unless "Saturday Delivery" is selected.
International Express Delivery (Rates Vary): Tickets are shipped using an expedited international delivery method. Use this method when you are located outside of the United States by selecting your country of origin. Please be aware that international shipments may experience delays that are beyond our control for a variety of reasons including but not limited to: customs delays, transit delays, and local service availability. Please allow at least 5 business days before your event for your tickets to arrive once shipped.
