Availability - Are all the tickets listed available?A: If the tickets are displayed on the site, they should be available. Unlike many other sites that require brokers to update inventory manually, TicketTurbo.com employs a real-time inventory management system that removes tickets from the site the moment they are sold.
TURBOTIP ~ While rare, orders sometimes cannot be filled. In the unlikely event that your order cannot be filled, you will NOT be charged and you will receive an automated email with the subject "Feedback From Ticket Tracker" notifying you of the cancellation.
But rather than waiting for this email, we advise all buyers to contact the broker directly by calling the phone number on the Ticketturbo.com order confirmation That way, should it be that the tickets are unavailable, you will know right away rather than waiting around for nothing.

Availability - Why can't I select the quantity I desire?A: When brokers list tickets, they are given an option to select what multiples the tickets can be sold in. Some brokers are willing to sell any number of tickets, but most are only willing to sell tickets in multiples of 2. If you cannot select the quantity that you desire, that means that the broker isn't willing to sell tickets in that multiple. If you cannot find the tickets you want in the multiple you desire, please try the technique below:
TURBOTIP ~ If you are looking for 4 or more tickets, it's often quite helpful to consider splitting up into groups. This generally creates far more options and results in a better experience for everyone.

Cancelled Events - What if an event is cancelled?A: If an event is rescheduled, you will be able to use your tickets on the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, contact the selling broker and you will receive a refund.

Fees - What is a service fee?A: This is a fee that most ticket websites charge for each order. This fee is typically calculated as a percentage of the ticket price and can be based on a number of factors including the costs of obtaining tickets, state and local taxes, etc. These fees generally come in one of the following 4 forms OR some combination:

Orders - Can I buy different tickets with a single order?A: Unfortunately not. The tickets shown on the website are listed by thousands of different sellers and will probably be shipped separately. As such, different tickets needs to be ordered separately to assure that the order is routed to the right place.
TURBOTIP ~ When you complete the checkout process, the seller's information will be provided on both the receipt page as well as the automated email confirmation. In the event that you placed 2 or more orders that are being shipped from the same seller, they generally only charge you once for the shipping.

Prices - Understanding ticket pricesA: Ticket prices often appear to be senseless. Identical tickets can vary greatly in price and good seats are often cheaper than seats inferior in comparison. The reason behind these seemingly "crazy" prices is simply because of the fact that the tickets are listed by thousands of different brokers with different ideas as to what their tickets are worth.

Returns/Exchanges - Can I return or exchange my tickets?A: Because tickets are time-sensitive items, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted. However, we understand that unexpected things happen and people often find themselves with tickets they can no longer use. We also understand that people often end up with tickets that they realize aren't suitable for them. As such, here's our advice on what to do if you feel compelled to return or exchange your tickets.
TURBOTIP ~ For those of you looking to trade your tickets, you are probably better off selling them first and then buying the tickets you want after. If you trade tickets with a stranger, you may end up with fraudulent tickets. And if you try to trade with a broker, you probably won't get much in return. So it's probably best to sell your tickets first and then buy another set after.

Seating - Will my seats be side-by-side?A: All seats are together unless noted otherwise. If you don't see any notes in the listing (e.g. piggyback, separates) that suggest otherwise, you can rest assured that all tickets in the listing are side-by-side.

Seating - Will my seats have a full view?A: All seats are full-view unless noted otherwise. If you don't see any notes in the listing (e.g. obstructed view, partial view) that suggest otherwise, you can rest assured that all tickets in the listing have a full view of the event.

Security Code - What's That?A: This is the 3 or 4 digit code on your credit card that provides added security against unauthorized charges.

Shipping - Can I ship to a different address?A: For security purposes, our checkout system requires that the shipping and billing addresses match. If you need the tickets shipped to a different address, we strongly recommend you to find someone else whom can ship the tickets to their billing address instead. However, most brokers are don't mind shipping to a different address provided they are convinced that you are the actual owner of the credit card being used. As such, if you need to ship to a different address, please following the steps below:
TURBOTIP ~ Not all brokers will be willing to ship to an alternate address. Their willingness will depend on their policies and judgment. Please use this as a last resort in the event that you cannot find an someone else that can ship it to their billing address.

Shipping - What shipping method should I choose?A: There are generally 5 shipping options to choose from. Note that if the tickets are being emailed, will-called, or picked up, you should select either standard shipping or near-term special delivery (see details below).
Also note that the seller's contact information will be displayed at the end of the checkout process. If you are in a rush to receive the tickets, it's helpful to call the number on the bottom of the receipt and email confirmation to get in contact with the broker. Doing so will help your order get processed sooner.
Tickettransaction2 - What's that??A: When you begin the checkout process, you may notice that you are directed to a page called "tickettransaction2.com" This is an SSL encrypted order-processing hub that most ticket sites use to route orders.

View - Will my seats have a full view?A: All seats are full-view unless noted otherwise. If you don't see any notes in the listing (e.g. obstructed view, partial view) that suggest otherwise, you can rest assured that all tickets in the listing have a full view of the event.
