Cancelled Events - What if an event is cancelled?A: If an event is rescheduled, you will be able to use your tickets on the rescheduled date.
If an event is cancelled without a rescheduled date, contact the selling broker and you will receive a refund.

Contact - How do I contact the selling broker?A: You can contact the seller by calling the phone number listed on the bottom of the TicketTurbo.com email confirmation (you should have received it shortly after placing the order and it will have the subject Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information).
If you cannot locate this email or need more help, feel free to call 877.224.2093 or email support@ticketturbo.com for further assistance.
TURBOTIP ~ Brokers are often busy and aren't always available to pick up their phones. If you placed an order and cannot get in contact with the seller, you can also check your order status by using MyTicketTracker (see "Ticket Tracker" below for details). If you've made numerous contact attempts and are still having trouble contacting the seller, please do not hesitate to contact us for assistance.

Disputes - Resolving a dispute with a brokerA: Although rare, disputes with brokers can arise. Disputes can be divided into 2 categories based on severity:
Should a situation occur where you feel compelled to dispute a transaction, please follow the steps below:

Feedback From Ticket Tracker - What's that?A: These are generally emails sent to ticket buyers notifying them that their order cannot be filled.
How It Works: Ticket Tracker is an order tracking tool used by the tickettransaction2 order-processing system. This system links tickets sites and ticket brokers together and whenever a buyer places and order, that order gets routed to the selling broker's Point Of Sale (POS) order-processing system.
When the broker receives the order on their system, it gives them the option to either (A) accept it or (B) reject it. If and when an order is "rejected", an automated email is sent to the buyer with the subject "Feedback From Ticket Tracker."
When an order cannot be filled, brokers generally contact the buyer to notify them and present them with alternatives. However, not all brokers do this and not all contact attempts are successful. And when this is the case, it often creates a certain level of confusion for buyers.
In an effort to help minimize this confusion, if you ever receive that email without being contacted by the selling broker, here's what you should do:

Lost/Stolen Tickets - What if I lose my tickets?A: Lost/Stolen tickets are generally irreplaceable when purchased second-hand. As such, it's very important that you treat tickets like "cash" and keep them in a safe place. If you're convinced that you've lost your tickets, please do as follows:

Orders - Where is my order confirmation?A: Whenever an order is placed on the TicketTurbo website, an automated order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address entered during the checkout process. This email's subject/title is "Ticketturbo.com - Ticket Order Information."
If you believe you placed an order and cannot find this email, please follow the steps below:

Order Status - How do I track my order?A: To track your order and shipping status, please follow the steps below:

Orders - Why haven't I received my tickets?A: When an order is placed on the TicketTurbo website, the order gets routed to the selling broker and is usually processed and shipped the same day. However, sometimes it takes longer for the broker to process and ship the tickets, which can be a frustrating experience. If you placed an order on TickeTurbo.com and feel that you should have received the tickets by now, please call 877.224.2093 or follow the steps below:

Returns/Exchanges - Can I return or exchange my tickets?A: Because tickets are time-sensitive items, all sales are final and no returns or exchanges are permitted. However, we understand that unexpected things happen and people often find themselves with tickets they can no longer use. We also understand that people often end up with tickets that they realize aren't suitable for them. As such, here's our advice on what to do if you feel compelled to return or exchange your tickets.
TURBOTIP ~ For those of you looking to trade your tickets, you are probably better off selling them first and then buying the tickets you want after. If you trade tickets with a stranger, you may end up with fraudulent tickets. And if you try to trade with a broker, you probably won't get much in return. So it's probably best to sell your tickets first and then buy another set after.

Ticket Tracker - What's That?A: This is a order tracking tool that many ticket sites use to help ticket buyers keep track of their orders. If you aren't familiar with this tracking tool, you can use it by following the steps below:
